Prologue:

    Many millenea ago there were no gods in the land called Eden. Then because of one pure prayer asking for rain the first god was born. His name was Semaj. This is the story of his beginnings and--

    "Beardy what are you doing?"

    "Demon don't interrupt while i'm talking!" 

    "Well i'm just wondering what you're doing." 

    "I'm telling the story of how our leader came to be."

    "To who?"

    "Well the readers of course."

    "Ohhhh. Listen folks our boss was the first god to exist in Eden, he's an god, his creature is a"

    "What are you talking about, the leader isn't !"

    "Well he's not a god."

    "That's because he's more of a neutral god." 

    "Neutral, , they're both not ."

    "That doesn't make it the same! Look you've gotten me way off topic, there's not even enough time to finish the prologue. You ruined everything!" 

    "Then my work here is done. See you later folks, hope you enjoy the first chapter when it comes out."

Prologue 2:

    The story begins at a small greek village. The village has been without rain for weeks. Their well is almost dry, and none of their crops are growing. One of the farmers came outside and looked up.

    "Still not a single cloud. If this drought keeps up we won't make it much longer." The farmer then fell to his knees. "Please, I cry to the heavens. We need rain. Please help us." Right after the farmer said this a blinding red light fell from the sky. It stopped in mid-air and from it came a huge downpour of rain. But this was no ordinary rain. The farmer noticed that there was definitely something divine about it. His suspicions were confirmed when his crops started to grow at an alarming rate when the fields were hit by this rain. He looked up at the light and asked. "What are you?"

    "My name is Semaj and I am a god. You not need worry about any other problems. I am here to protect you."

Oh, before I post the first chapter I would just like to say that if anyone would like their god in the story feel free to post their name and some info about them. I will do my best to get them into the story as soon as possible, and this is first come first serve. So the first  god to be posted will of course be the first one I use and the same goes for and neutral gods. I can guarantee a new chapter every week but I may write more than that if it's not too busy of a week. First chapter will be out in just a few days and i'll start using your gods in chapter two. Well that's all I need to say for now so see yall later. If you are too impatient to wait for the next chapter do not worry, any spoilers will be written like this at the end of a chapter. So if you want to read them go on ahead, and make sure you don't post what the spoiler says because that ruins it for the ones who don't read it. A very prologue. A little short, but promises a few chapters .

As for submitting a god, I suppose I may as well . I may as well use one from my original fanfics, he's the one I submitted for the rest of this type of thing anyway. He's and called Zatl, who wears dark clothes (and dark hair) with a long black cape. If you want the creature from the fanfics and the ones I submitted, then his name's Gallia, and (and this is why I wouldn't blame you at all for not putting it in ), he's a giant three headed snake, and all the heads are lion heads, and he's pitch black.

Chapter 1:

    "Oh thank you Lord Semaj for this rain."

    "Think nothing of it, by the way, just call me Semaj. What is it you are called?"

    "My name is Brian. Please, come with me to the village center so everyone can meet you."

    "Sure, by the way what tribe do your people belong to?"

    "We are the greeks."

    "Ah, the greeks." And so Brian led Semaj to the town. Everyone there praised him and thanked him for the rain. All but one. In every group of people there is always one who does not believe anything told to them, and this one's name was Egog.

    "God?! Ha! If your a god, strike me down then!" Unfortunately for this man the praise Semaj had received from the thankful people was just enough for the miracle he needed to do that with.

    "If that is what you want, then fine." And from his mighty hand came a lightning bolt. Egog didn't have enough time to even scream. When the smoke cleared not a single piece of that man remained.

   The whole crowd quickly backed up several feet before Semaj said "Do not worry. As long as you don't ask me to I will not obliterate anyone else here." The villagers then realized that this god was not completely . He definitely had in him somewhere. "Now then, I am about to depart for creature island to claim my creature. While I am gone build an altar of some sort so you may give me the power I need to create miracles. All you must do to give me that power is worship me there. Well I must be off." So Semaj went to creature island and when he got there he found the perfect creature. "Ah, a lion. Regal, powerful and quite smart. At least in time you will be. You shall be my creature and I will call you Leo. Now how am I to get you back to the Island? I know. I will see if I can make a portal miracle." The experiment was a sucess. "There we are, just go through that and I shall follow you." Leo quickly did as he was told. "Very obedient I see, that is ."

    When he got back he was pleased to see that his people were building the altar. What he was not pleased to see was that even though he counted twenty able-bodied adults before he left, there were only nineteen working. "Leo go help them build the altar, I have an errand to take care of." It did not take him long to find the mssing worker. In a  small house near the center of the town was a man asleep on his bed. He saw that this man was not either sick or injured but was just simply lazy. "Doesn't like work huh? Let's see how he likes his house being burnt down with him in it." Semaj tried to use a fire miracle but out of his hand came nothing. "Hmm, must have used the rest of my mana making that portal. Fine. I'll just kill two birds with one stone by sacrificing him when the altar is done."

    With the help of Leo the altar was quickly finished. And he did in fact sacrifice the lazy man. "The same will happen to anyone that does not do as I say. The rest of you however have done very well and have the rest of the day to yourselves."

    For almost a hundred years, Semaj and his people lived peacefully with only fifteen people killed for their actions against him. But then something strange happened.

    "Leo do you feel that? Some kind of divine power. Another god must have been born. Leo stay here and keep track of the village. I'll go see who this new god is." Leo nodded and Semaj quickly flew to spot where he felt this god's power. "You there. New god. What is your name. In a frail and frightened voice he replied "My name? My name is Nemesis. Chapter 2 spoiler: In this chapter Semaj and Nemesis meet two more gods. One an ally, the other, an enemy with immense power.

Chapter 2:

    "Hello Nemesis. I am Semaj and it's very nice to meet you."

    "Nice to meet you too."

    "Well seeing how a god's first day is so busy, what with getting a creature, getting yourself known to your villagers, and many other things, I'll be on my way. I'll come back tomorrow with my creature Leo."

    "Alright. See you then." And so Semaj left for his village. The next day he and Leo went to Nemesis' village.

    "Ah, it seems you're doing very well Nemesis. You chose a bear as your creature and your temple is also finished. work."

    "Thanks. By the way I named my creature Ursa.

    "Ursa, a fine name for your creature. Leo, go teach Ursa a few of the simple miracles while I take Nemesis to the village. Come on Nemesis we can talk on the way there."

    "So Semaj, how big is your village?"

    "My village has around five-hundred people living in." Semaj suddenly stopped talking when he saw that there was a huge amount of smoke up ahead. "What the? Nemesis, keep up best you can." And with that Semaj rocketed forward with extreme speed. When he got to his village he saw that half of his buildings were on fire. To save himself the time of putting out the fires one at a time, he used a rainstorm miracle to douse the entire village. "How could this have happened." Semaj then saw a god high above the village. The god was looking at the sky torward the storm that had just appeared. The god then looked down and saw Semaj.

    "What? Another greek god. Oh that's just what I need. You there what's your name."

    "My name is Semaj. Did you do this to my village?"

    "Yes I did. And it's just what you deserve for all the damage you and Alpha have done to me."

    "What are you talking about? I don't even know you. Who is Alpha, and who are you?"

    "You don't know me or Alpha? I'm sorry I thought you were another of Alpha's followers. My name is Zatl. I would help fix your village back up but that's not really my style. Anyway, Alpha is a greek god who I've been at war with for five years. He's very powerful and he has two other gods that follow him."

    "Well seeing how this is a mistake I'll let it slide." Nemesis had then got to the village.

    "Semaj who is this other god and why is your village such a mess."

    "Don't worry Nemesis everything's fine. By the way Zatl where is this Alpha? If he's causing you trouble i'll be happy to help." A very sinister voice then said.

    "Alpha? Now where is he? Oh that's right, I'm right here."  Sorry, but the spoiler idea isn't working out too well so there will be no more of them. I am afraid I can't stand to spoil anymore chapters

A very chapter. My only complaint would be that Semaj seems to be very forgiving .

Besides that though, it was an excellent chapter, and the next I hope will be just as !

Chapter 3:

    "So you're Alpha. Not as impressive as I first thought. My name is Semaj."

    "Well Semaj, letting your village get attacked so easily isn't impressive of you. Let's see if you can handle this." Alpha sent a miracle at Semaj. He clearly underestimated Semaj, attacking him with a weakened version of a lightning bolt. Semaj effortlessly sent the miracle flying with a simple swipe of his hand.

    "Is that the best you got Alpha? If it is you don't stand a chance against me."

    "So you're a bit strong. So what. There's no way you can beat me so don't act like you're so powerful.

    "Is that a challenge? Because it sounds like one." Semaj was obviously glad to break the boredom of peace. Zatl looked at Semaj as if he were insane.

    "Semaj are you crazy? Alpha is extremely powerful. You can't just talk to him like that. The only reason I survived these five years at war with him is because he never directly attacked me. He always sent Gamma or Beta.

    "If he never attacked you how do you know he's so strong?"

    "Well I... I challenged him to a God's Duel once and got beaten badly."

    "A God's Duel? Sounds interesting. Alpha, how about me and you have a go at that?"

    "I like your enthusiasm. How about instead we have a three on three."

    "Scared to face me alone? Typical."

    "You little insect! How about this, if you can beat Gamma and Beta in a one on two duel you may challenge me."

    "Fine where are they? Don't keep me waiting!"

    "Gamma, Beta get over here now!" A few moments later there were two other gods there. Beta was the first to speak.

    "What is it Lord Alpha?"

    "I want you two to fight this god named Semaj in a God's Duel."

    "A two on one? Surely you're joking. That will make it too easy for us."

    "Do I ever joke? Now get in there!"

    "Yes sir." And so they entered the now visible ring. Semaj entered as well. Zatl was watching with interest. Gamma or Beta have fought him before and always the match ended in a draw. But both of them at once? There's no way Semaj could handle that. Semaj then spoke.

    "I'm ready when you two are."

    "Fine let's begin!" At once the two gods each sent a fireball at Semaj. Semaj quickly countered with a shield miracle. He then sent two fireballs at the gods. Each hit their target hard. The gods were sent flying back but were able to regain their balance. In an act of desperation Gamma sent a lightning miracle at Nemesis hoping to distract Semaj. The lightning hit it's target and Nemesis was sent to slamming into the ground. He did not get up. This act triggered Semaj's rage and he sent two of his most powerful lightning bolts at Gamma and Beta. Both gods were utterly obliterated by the miracles. The God's Duel was over. Zatl quickly joined Semaj and said.

    "Nemesis is still alive but barely. He is extremely injured but can heal over time." Semaj spoke in an obviously exhausted voice.

    ". Alpha, right now I'm too tired but we will have our fight tomorrow." Alpha was completely speechless.

Alpha, gamma, beta... why do I get tyhe feeling someone's been learning about radiation recently ? Or maybe the galaxy...

Well, nice chapter. Sorry I didn't see it sooner, my computer wouldn't let me get to Lionhead.

Chapter 4:

     Alpha could not believe his eyes. Both his minions were completely annihalated. By one, single god! Not even he could have destroyed them that easily. Alpha did not know what to do. He would surely lose a fight against a god this powerful. Alpha had to think of something quick. He could try to attack now while Semaj was tired. But if Semaj wasn't tired enough Alpha would surely be destroyed. Maybe this god was forgiving, Alpha thought, and would accept a simple sorry. Maybe not. Alpha had never been scared in his life, now he was frightened out of his mind. He had no idea what to do. Maybe he could strike a deal with this god. Yes, a deal! But what kind of a deal. He thought hard about this and came up with a solution. Though he did not need to make Semaj any angrier so he would wait until tomorrow like Semaj said. Alpha then spoke.    

     "All right Semaj tomorrow then. I"ll see you later." Alpha then left for his village. Semaj was the first to speak.

     "Well. For now I should take care of Nemesis. Zatl you may stay here if you like. Though if you want to leave go ahead."

     "Yeah I think I'll be leaving now. Though I will be here tomorrow to see how things turn out."

     "What, not even a thank you?"

     "I'll thank you after you defeat Alpha."

     "Don't worry I will."

     Alpha had no time to lose, he could not even stop by his village. He had somewhere to go and he needed to get there now.

     "Just you wait Semaj. If this deal is a success you will be destroyed."

Chapter 5:

     Semaj had taken Nemesis to his temple so he could get better. He also got Leo while he was there. Leo had finished teaching Ursa the water miracle when Semaj got there. They then departed for their village leaving Ursa to look after Nemesis.

     "Well Leo who would have thought there were other gods out there? And having a war even. Strange though. When Nemesis came into being I sensed him. How come I didn't sense these other gods?" Leo simply shrugged. "Yeah, why am I asking you anyway? Maybe It's because Nemesis was so close to me at the time. That must be it. I don't even know where Zatl's or those other god's villages are. Ah well, I guess we should get some rest for now." And so Semaj and Leo called it a day and went to sleep." Though later that night Alpha finally reached his destination.

     "Finally, I'm here." Alpha had come to his teacher's house. The eighty year old god was named Omega and he was the one who taught Alpha everything he knows. He taught Alpha long ago and when his teachings were complete Alpha left to rule his own village. Alpha used to be a god but after a while he found that he loves . Though Alpha always put on the nice guy act whenever Omega is with him. Omega was a and naieve god. Though he also had something no other god did. The power of the creed. This was what Alpha was after. With the power of the creed he could crush Semaj no problem at all. Omega saw that Alpha was there and came to greet him.

     "Ah, my old student. How have you been? Doing well I hope."

     "Not at all. A god attacked my village. He's too powerful for me and he said he would finish me off tomorrow. I need help."

     "Attacked? Don't worry I'll go teach this god a lesson."

     "No, no. I'd like to defeat this god myself. That's why I'm here. I was wondering if I could borrow the power of the creed. I'll bring it right back."

     "I don't know. But all right, as long as you bring it right back." And so Omega gave Alpha the great power known as the creed. "Now bring it back when you're done."

     "Don't worry I will." On the way back Alpha was very happy. He could not wait 'till tomorrow. "Well Semaj, looks like I'll destroy you and those other two gods as well."

Very , I'm looking forward to how this will link into the game's storyline with the creed.

Just as a thought, have you thought about making longer chapters? Details about where Omega lived, his house, etc. would be a welcome addition to the last chapter, but that's simply an improvement you could make.

Looking at what's there though, it's flawless.

Completely off topic I know, but The Great War RP is still around in the RP boards, if you feel like rejoining that.

I'll do my best to make the chapters longer and I completely forgot about the rp boards. I'll check it out after I write this.

Chapter 6:

     Semaj has just woken up and he is doing his daily workout when Zatl comes by.

     "Semaj, what are you doing?"

     "Simple excercises to keep me at my best. You don't do this?"

     "Not really. I've stayed in shape by fighing this war. They attacked me nearly everyday you know. Had to sacrifice a whole mess of villagers."

     "Yeah I don't see the point in war."

     "Scared that your little followers are going to get hurt."

     "Not really. It's just that I think a god should be able to rule his own people and leave others alone."

     "Yeah but more followers mean more power. I mean look at you. You have about five-hundred people in this village. I only have about eighty in mine."

     "A god could have all the power in the world but if he can't use it properly then he's still weak. Like this one god I used to hang out with, what was his name? Ah yes, Omega. Had some kind of power he called the creed. Anyway when he discovered that power he couldn't even use simple miracles without destroying half the village. He used a water miracle, he flooded the village. He used a healing miracle, made this one guy immortal. Because of that he was viewed upon as a god. Not sure where we sent that man. Some island with a snowy mountain on it."

     "Wait a minute, you know a god with the power of the creed? That's incredible. Where is he now?"

     "I don't know. I made him pretty mad one day. Some of his villagers, that were supposed to be helping make a building in my town, were taking a break. Not only that but then my workers started to take breaks. Long story short I destroyed every one of them and Omega being the god that he is couldn't stand it. So he left. Not sure what happened to him. But the point of this story is that even though he had the creed he still wasn't as powerful as me because he couldn't control it."

     "You're more powerful than a god with the power of the creed?"

     "Well I don't know. There's no telling how powerful he is now."

     "But you were?"

     "Yeah. The creed means nothing without control over it. Well, Alpha should be here soon. We should prepare."

     "Where's Nemesis at?"

     "He's at his village. I left him a note telling him to stay there and get some rest. Ah well. Let's get ready.

I've just signed up and read your story, I think its great.

Anyway I'm planning a story and one of the characters which I was going to use was a Goddesses called Celestia, she takes the form of a beatiful young woman with no weapons, she wears a light blue silk dress and has bare feet, blonde hair, her creature is a cow, she knows the shield, heal, water, lightning, food miracles and also (I don't have black and white 1) I heard that there is one called the flock miracle where she would create a flock of white birds which impress and raise happiness. Creatures name is Solia and is a girl with blond fur.  She is Goddesss of the Greeks.
