I was wondering is someone has wrote an import/export script for 3dsmax?

If so; could i get a link or be linked to the proper website for this kind of question?

sorry if this has been asked before but i didn't find anything on the search.

    thanks in advance

Nope, as far as I know, no one has gotten around to creating an importer/exporter for the BW2 models.

Visit Kayssplace for your B&W download needs.

    Bump!

This really needs an answer. I haven't been able to find any programs which convert .bwm files, although I've seen community mods which make use of original .bwm model files (that neans someone, somewhere knows how).

I'm going over the scripting tutorials and slowly figuring it out, but as a 3d modeller theres some things I'm dying to try to put into the game (heavy infantry, new walls, siege towers, etc Big Smile [:D]).

So, some charity for the untalented would be nice.

No, they're using existing models that were never used in the game and swapping their names if needs be. The textures can be altered though, but no-one has been able to fully back-engineer the BWM format - it's a format unique to Lionhead and to BW probably,  hence BW in the name

Yeah, I was pretty disappointed when I realized that Sad [:(]

I saw the egypy project mod and I thought the soldier model was original, but someone on kayssplace cleared that up for me.
