Your English is actually ok. You can actually use the trick of buying the gems as early as the Darkwood Camp or Oakvale if you have enough starting gold. The trader at the Darkwood Camp as around 28 black gems and the guy at Oakvale has 44 Emeralds.

My character just now has a level 3 stealth and is just into the alignment with a well known renown so based on them stats the figures are as follows..well according to the in game thingy!

Darkwood Camp: Jets; actual price 450 gold. Buy for 273 gold and a profit margin of 139 gold.

Bowerstone North: Diamonds; actual price 800 gold. Buy for 249 gold and a profit margin of 825.

ive tried this a bunch but i ALWAYS take a major loss.  im full alignment with a guile rating of 6.  i am also as attractive as possible.  i buy all the gems and never make a profit.   ive tried with jets, diamonds and emeralds.   can somebody tell me what im doing wrong?

This trick only works on TLC.

Also you dont need to level guile up at all, making it way too easy, it would have been if it only worked on max guile or something as a reward for leveling up guile.

So to start I do it with apples at the bowerstone south guy, then when enough I upgrade to the apple pies.

When you make it to oakvale you can upgrade to the perfumes and then the emeralds.

At bowerstone north and hooks coast you can use it on better jewels but by then I always am already rich enough to not need to do it anymore.

Apart from guile your scariness and attractiveness affect profit you make.

If you not got TLC you can make money by trading it is just much slower and way less conveniant to do.  You buy stock from traders that sell at wholesale price, eg. perfumes from oakvale, emeralds from oakvale and diamonds from bowerstone north.

Then look for wondering traders that accept the s and they will always have low stock or no stock so you sell at max price, once they leave the area or you leave the area wondering traders stock resets back to 0 unlike traders based in towns.

Here is why it only works on TLC a very basic explanation.

Lets say the formula for price vs stock is like this for an item.
5 in stock - cost 1 gold
4 in stock - cost 2 gold
3 in stock - cost 3 gold
2 in stock - cost 4 gold
1 in stock - cost 5 gold
In TLC with 5 in stock if you press buy all it will buy all 5 at 1 gold each total cost 5 gold. Very simple.
In the original fable 1 with 5 in stock and press buy all it will buy the first at 1 gold, the 2nd at 2 gold, the 3rd at 3 gold, the 4th at 4 gold and the 5th at 5 gold. Total cost 15 gold
The same sort of thing happens when using sell all.

I hope this explains why you cant rip traders off in the original.

Note: this trick can actually be performed much earlier in the game. If you want to keep it simple and stick to gems, the Oakvale trader usually has a nice stock of Emeralds you can shuffle back and forth. Potions work with this trick as well...

First....this is the Fable TLC forum...not Fable 2 forum. But anyways...go to the website and play the game. Basically its like watching a little show and making a few choices. Then in the end you have to choose on of three crowns, then you get your prize. Be sure to be logged in with your gamer tag first. You can play 3 times and claim all prize bundles. Plus on there you can play a chicken kicking game and earn gold and a title. Then go open the chest.
