Have you tried clicking Forgot Password then logging in with the new password they send you to your e-mail?

It's a problem with the site.  Aside from a slew of PM's I just got about this I also tried to log in myself and got the same thing.

I'll contact administration to alert them of the problem.  Moved to Site Feedback.

I think something's wrong with TMO at the moment. I tried to review two films, but I got some garbled message and my reviews disappeared - usually, if you wait a couple of hours, these things sort themselves out.

i cant get online either, it says to fill out both of the username and password, and it is!!

Yeah, this is really strange... but what happens to me is when I type in my password and click enter, an error occurs, and the screen says that "you need to ener something into both fields." Is this a glitch? Hope it's fixed...

I just get "server not responding." Except when I try the weird port workaround described in the FAQ, which makes the program crash altogether.

I recently complained to the webmaster (although I wasn't sure so I took it to Activision and they said to contact someone who controls the site so I emailed the webmaster just to make sure). 

The problem I was having was that my studio would never update after someone would watch or rate my film, neither were my VC's.  So I complained about it for me, and for all the hundreds of people out there.  After hearing that the site was glitchy for many others, and my little problem, I put it in terms where they could check it right away.

That is probably why the server is down.

So maybe my email has made a difference.

We're aware of this bug now, no idea how that got changed / broken or why it all of a sudden doesn't work anymore but our clever people here are looking into it...

Update: there is an issue with an authentication page of community.lionhead.com which means that TMO has lost it's login script, or something like that.   Basically it's f'ed! People are on the case, it should be working soon'ish...

It's also affecting the login process inside the game, but the error there is "No response from server."

Perhaps somebody accidentally kicked the out network cable on the authentication server as they left work last nite.
