Here in England there's loads of Sony fanboys everywhere. Sure, there's the occasional MS fanboy but Nintendo fanboys like me are pretty much non-existant. Whenever I go up to someone at school and ask "Whats your favourite out of the Wii, Xbox and PS3?" they'll usually say "LAWL PEE ESS THREE CUZ ITS GOT TEH BETTER GRAFIXXXXXX. Seriously, whats with it with people and graphics these days?

Well that's simple, it's because the PS3 is the better console of the 3.

The wii is old generation hardware tarted up with a new control system.
The 360 is a rushed next gen console with all the hardware bugs that go with that.
The PS3 is expensive, but you get what you pay for and it is in a league of its own in terms of hardware capabilities. Therefore, I would say that the "sony fanboys" are just the intelligent consumers out there

I have to agree with you that people are becoming way too big graphic whores but well lets get some games instead, sadly nintendo fails at that and no i dont like mario kart 47 or Wii Fit - milk a cow... I really dont like how they release the same games all the time and whore out their games, reminds me of ea.

I only got a ps3 of the "new" consoles because i want metal gear, final fantasy and i'm just a sucker for naughty dogs and quantic dreams games and i like paying more for a product that doesnt break every week but i probably also have to buy a 360 sometime after fable 2 has been released... Some time after because i want to make sure they dont release it for pc a couple of months later.

But a wii ? Nah only fun when you are drunk with friends.

Because the games are clearly showing the hardware capabilities of the Playstation 3. The main selling point of the Playstation 3 is Blu-Ray, nobody right now is buying a PS3 for it's exclusive game line up because, frankly, it's mediocre. Before you spout out nonsense, I own a Blu-Ray player (PS3) (omg teh no wai!1!1!!) and it's games are no where near the level of quality that is on the PC and Xbox 360. The games in which I have beat on the PS3 are as follows: Oblivion (Just the main quest - I've already beat it on the PC), Uncharted: Drakes Fortune (Best I've played so far - even though it has its fair share of faults), and Resistance; and I am in process of beating Rachet right now, though I haven't touched it in a week due to I  became bored with it. (GTAIV has taken up a lot of my time.)

Although I completely agree with what you said about the Wii.

It's hard not too be with amazing looking games like Crysis, Stalker, Halo 3, Command & Conquer 3, World in Conflict, Company of Heroes, Call of Duty 4 and  Gears of War.

On the flip side, Nintendo's Wii is capable of attaining  720p, although it's highly implausible that any one would do it concerning that even Nintendo themselves do not push their games to the limits. I mean, if the Wii is "technically" more powerful than the original Xbox, and the Xbox had games in 720p, why can't the Wii? So I completely agree maggot, Nintendo truly needs to make a new great IP for the Wii, their best games are games that we've been playing for many, many years.

If I had to guess the next biggest Wii game for the hlidays, it would have to be another Zelda, Pikmin, or Kerby game. Hell, I wouldn't be surpised if Nintendo announced another Super Mario game. I understand that people buy the Wii for their old franchises, but I feel Nintendo is forgotting about their hardcore fanbase, if they still have one that is.

Only 32 more days till MGS4, and god knows how many more days till Final Fantasy. I'm hoping Peter doesn't hype Fable 2 to be the greatest coming of all time like, basically, what he'd done with Fable. I know he loves hyping his games, but come on Peter. Don't overdo it.
