    The Six Shooter Review Thread!

    1. Include a description of your movie with the following information:
    • Title
    • Rating
    • Genre
    • Length
    • Summary

    2. Include the link for your movie.

    3. Tell me what type of review you wish to receive.

    4. Include the key word in your request. The key word is TACO.

My reviews are split into two different categories:

Polite Review: I am not a five-star hobo, but I will go easy on you for my review if you want me to give a Polite Review. This does not mean I will automatically enjoy your movie. You still have a chance of getting one or two stars. For those of you who are new to The Movies or review threads, I suggest you ask for a Polite Review.

Harsh Review: This is not completely harsh; I will not totally hate your movie (unless it is terrible). This is just a type of review that will test every aspect of your film including the story, characters, voiceovers/subtitles, set dressing, etc. If you are a movie-making veteran, you should probably request a Harsh Review.

Here are the movie genres that fit my particular interests:

    • Hardcore action movies
    • Scary-as-hell horror movies
    • Hilarious comedy movies
    • Wierd movies that are either funny or frightening
    • Romantic movies that aren't boring
    • Sci-Fi films that aren't nerdy

ATTENTION: DO NOT request a movie that is part of a series unless it is the first installment.

Re: The Six Shooter Review Thread!

    - Acceptance is a great film about the problems in one's love life. The storyline was very interesting because the stories can deeply relate to someone (not including me). The character development was G o o d [Good] in this movie. We got to see the personal feelings of both of the heartbroken actors. But there was one character, the Monologue Guy, who can't be taken seriously. The funky suit, the white fauxhawk, the goofy glasses. I thought that sort of toned down the seriousness of the movie. The sets used were basic, but they were G o o d [Good] nonetheless. The voiceacting in this film was excellent. Their voices fit each role perfectly. But the conversations were a little laggy at some parts of the film which was kind of a letdown. For example, one person would say something, wait for a couple seconds, then the other actor would respond. I didn't like that. Overall, this movie is very original and inspirational, and it definitely deserved the medal its recieved. I hope to see your next movie soon. Great movie!

I haven't reviewed the second part of One Last Breath. So...

    ONE LAST BREATH PART TWO

    - Sparky does it again! This is an amazing second part. AnotherNewDawn executes Jack's role perfectly. He has that "I don't give a rat's a**" tone of voice that every ex-cop should have. The character development was great in this film. We finally get to see the true Nancy (Dulci) in this movie. The secrets of the first part were exposed in this installment, and they made the film a lot more interesting. All of the cast members did a great job in this film, but again, A_N_D did the best. The sets in this movie were simple yet effective since the black and white makes everything look better. The ginfight scenes were great. You never knew when someone would get unexpectedly hit by a bullet. There was a lot of suspense during those parts of the film. Overall, this is the perfect finish to an incredible film noir. Well done!

Well, I just watched all three parts of Infested! by Rysto. Here is my review...

    INFESTED

    - Amazing! A whole hour of non-stop fun! Infested! is an incredible 3-part film that packs one hell of a punch. The modding is shows the true beauty of the film with some custom stuff TMO has never seen before: flamethrowers, amputated bodies, floating boats, and annoying puppies. There is so much to see and once it is done, you wish there was more. Part one gave the film a nice little introduction of what is going to happen to the world. The second part smashes in with some hard-hitting action and intense firefights against the six-legged freaks. And the third and final part kicks in with more action, more suspense, and more humor than ever before! There a was a nice, satisfying ending to this magnificent movie. I liked the credits and how the letters seemed to hug on to the characters. Speaking of characters, the cast did a wonderful job in this movie. There were so many voice actors packed into one film. From Austrailia to Russia to London to America, each country had its own unique cast selection. K4 did the best job in the movie with his incredible voice and outstanding humor. This movie is definitely epic, and this is probably gonna hog all of the medals for July. But who cares, you deserve it Rysto. Extremely well done!

    LE' RESISTANCE

    -
Original and emotional. This movie shows the great power the female can hold when fighting in a war. There is a lot of suspense in this movie which makes a big impact during the end of the film. You never knew what was going to happen next. The character design was well thought out (except for the implants which was a big distraction). The dialogue was great! There were some minor points of the film where it sounded a bit cheesy, but overall everything sounded [or looked (pesky subtitles!)] great. I loved it when she said, "Our fight is to send you Nazi dogs back to hell!" That was pretty intense. Too bad there weren't any VO's (even though it would be hard to find so many female actors) but the subtitles were fine. Overall, this was a decent movie with an original storyline. Great job!

    CREATURE SUPER UNIVERSE

    - Alright, this was an okay film. The effects were great, the VO's were perfect, but the lack of music really bothered me. This film needs a nice rhythm in order for it to be real G o o d [Good]. Action movies aren't usually the silent type. It seemed kind of blank during the destruction scenes. Some heavy metal or a loud, pounding orchestra would be great with this movie. The sound effects were also choppy. The creature only makes one noise throughout the film and its a bit repetitive. The ending was a bit dissatisfying as well. It was a real cliffhanger that could've ended a bit slower. It felt kind of rushed. Well, this was a decent film with a nice storyline. The effects were top-notch and dialogue was great. G o o d [Good] work!

    PIMP SAGA EPISODE ONE

    - Pimp Saga was a simple movie delivered in an original way. However, this originality didn't help the film that much. There was some G o o d [Good] voiceovers, but there wasn't nothing much to get excited about. The dialogue was... okay. There were some parts of the movie that made me laugh. Some of the jokes could have been more funny, but the delivery was pretty vague. For example, when Manny was doing stand up, he told a very unpleasant joke that could've been hilarious, but you didn't say it confidently or clearly enough. Plus, the subtitles made the dialogue to expectable. We already know what they're going to say, so it isn't very funny. The camera use was impressive. I enjoyed the car chase scene when the cop was shooting out the window (even though they weren't chasing a car in the first place). But the way you showed the driver turn, then show the clip of the car swerving around the car was pretty cool. Some of the scenes were in desperate need of Freecam. I felt there were so many chances for you to use Freecam, but you used the generic camera angles instead. That was sort of disappointing. Overall, I thought this was a pretty simple movie with an original storyline. It could've been better, but it was a G o o d [Good] effort.

THE CREEPY CLOWN VISITS - A POEM

    - Aaaaammmmmuuuuusssssing!
The Creepy Clown Vists is a delightful poem about psychopath killer who happens to be dressed as a clown. His murderous ways started when he was young lad after he witnessed the death of his mother committed by the drunken acts of his father. Now, he is off on a killing spree. Now, that sounds interesting, doesn't it? This frightening film is narrated by this psychopathic clown. Not only does the Clown speak in his eerie voice, but he also narrates the film in a poem. The poem was well written, and it had a deep impact on the originality of the movie. The creepy music in the background really set the mood and tone of the film. The voiceovers excluding the Clown were great. The grumpy old man made me laugh when he said, "Get your ass outta here!" Some of the dialogue kind of toned down the seriousness from the film, but the film isn't supposed to be serious, it's supposed to be... funneeeee. Well done!
