For keystones bet min on the arch-stone, then max on the inside bets for 3-8 and 12-18 (as well as a max on Trips if you want), keep at it using this strategy and eventually you will win the jackpot.

For spinners the best tactic is to press A a few times, then press it some more. Apparently the best spinner to use is the final cow and corset one. But you will have to play the spinner game a few times before it will unlock.

Well, if you don't want to "cheat" and use Fortune's tower's glitch and don't want too much debt, learn your own tactics by playing the TOURNAMENTS, especially the FREE ones, and you'll get some money in the process without losing. Fortune's tower is a place to make money if you're cautious enough. Keystone tournaments can be profitable by LOSING less money than the others, so don't bet on too many things. Spinner box can be a nightmare for debt, but there's one game that seems to pay well (but has to be unlocked first), the 25/250 (before the last one).
