Fable TLC: Locks up in arena.

I am playing Fable TLC on my 360 and it has been running pretty well for the most part.

I am now to a problem where I cannot get past the Balverine stage of the arena. I kill all of them and when it does the fade to black thing it locks up.

I have updated my 360 and have even updated Fable TLC (I did it just yesterday) so I was wondering if anybody knows something I should try.

Also the disc is in perfect condition, not a spec of dust on it.

does the game lock up or the 360?

(i.e. can you still access the dashboard or is the system frozen?)

    The entire system.

This doesn't happen with any of my other X-Box originals or and of my 360 games. I have only noticed it when I play Fable and get to that point in the arena.

I really want to find a fix for it because the favorite parts of the game start for me from the start of the arena.

The only games I like playing on my computer are WoW and Team Fortress 2. Other than that my computer is used for work and the internet.

That and I like to play Fable on my TV. I prefer a lot of games with a controller not a keyboard. Yes I know I can use a controller on my computer but in the end it comes down to me not wanting to sit in my office and play, I want to be in my living room on my TV.
