Couch co-op: If you have a character on the account your friend uses, they will use that character, if not, I think it's a henchman.
Online co-op: A henchman, I think.

I don't really blame saent for what he said however he deffinitely went WAY overboard, but it is annoying when your looking at posts, and you've got one in big capital lietters that tells you nothing abou the thread, and has exclamation points at the end. Its like posting a thread on fairfax castle but calling it:

Don't remember where I read it so don't quote me on it but I believe what I read said that when you play couch co op its a preset henchmen. When you co op online the henchmen is based on your character as far as alignment, strength weapons and so forth, possibly might slightly resemble your character but your not going in as a hero, your going in as a henchmen that is based off your hero. Hope that helps.

I think this might be a possibility.

 Couch co-op henchman would be based on main character when second player is not logged into another profile. eg joe blogs pops round grabs second pad and hits start.

 When second player is logged into a profile, and has a Fable2 character (from playing in their own world on the same xbox on their own profile) it would use their character as the henchman.

I think the whole, "Online is a premade Henchman," deal is a idea.  It prevents people from being immature morons and running around in their skivvies in other peoples games.  I'll admit that I don't know most of the people on my Friends list very well and wouldn't put it past some of them to do something like that.

I'll agree that it sucks you won't be able to show off your style to your long distance Friends.  On the other hand, I'd rather have people who are serious about being henchmen playing with me, rather than people who just want to goof around.

I'll be thankful if the local co-op truly allows you to be your own hero.  It makes sense as you're more likely to know who your playing with and can physically smack them around if they are being foolish.

if only it were so, come on lionheart, be a man, make a fix so at least the couch co-opers can look the same in their friends world as in their own, for, 2 people are watching the same screen, they both want to be THEIR hero, not some wattered down version of a henchman
( o and if you would only have henchman, ffs people, 6 choices?, id have thought you people would have just put every bandit moddel in there, maybe with a slight different color pallet to differentiate... )
