Hey, everyone! Fall is almost here which is fantastic.

LOVE BUG tells the story of Jane Edwards, a housewife. She lives in the town of Elmwood. Her husband, Paul, is a local newspaper editor and spends his time with a bottle of Bourbon. One day, Jane recieves a call from Elmwood Public Hospital. Her husband, apparently, is in the emergency room from a horrible car accident. He is paralyzed. Jane becomes unhappy with her life and decides to join a help group. She befriends a man named Brian Cook, an artist, in the group (his mother died in a car accident). Her relationship with him becomes personal and, possibly, destroys her love for her husband.

The character of Paul Edwards, Jane's husband, is to be portrayed by Jorbak. If anyone needs auditions for a male, ask him!

Well - it's pretty hard to "send your lines" when not a single one is shown for any character.

Now that you feel stupid,

Why not put a small piece of the script up?

That way the auditionees can get a feel for the characters and the roles they're going for. And then their audition performances will mean much more.

It's a great premise by the way!

EXT. COOK HOUSE - DAY

A Chrysler Jeep, slowly, parks on the driveway of a house. The driver, Jane, exits out of the car and walks to to the porch of the house. She is dressed in a simple outfit and carries a purse. Brian, suddenly, opens the porch door.

BRIAN
Hello.

JANE
Hi...you probably remember me.

BRIAN
Yeah, your from the group. Come in.

Jane walks into Brian's house.

INT. COOK HOUSE - FAMILY ROOM - DAY

The house is furnished with Picasso, Warhol, Kahlo.

JANE
Well, here is your ID card.

Jane reaches inside her purse and gives him his hospital ID card.

BRIAN
Oh, thank you!

JANE
You left the card behind.

A minute of silence passes.

JANE
I have to go.

Jane walks, slowly, out of the house

INT. WHITE HOUSE - FOYER - DAY

Brenda White, the wife of the Elmwood's minister, looks out her bay window (her hobby) to spy.

BRENDA
Richard, come here!

Richard, the minister, runs to her.

RICHARD
What, Brenda...

The couple look out the bay window.

BRENDA
The lady across the street. Is she Paul's wife?

EXT. VALENTINE STREET - DAY

Jane goes back into her car and drives onto the street. The Jeep disappears in seconds.

INT. WHITE HOUSE - FOYER - DAY

Richard thinks.

RICHARD
Paul Edwards? Yeah, why?

BRENDA
Well, why is she over there?

RICHARD
I don't know.

Brenda's husband goes back upstairs to his office. While she continues to look out the window.
