I think the game will be amazing but the graphics don't really look next gen. The textures look a bit dated in some of the screenshots. Don't get me wrong this is my most anticipated game of my LIFE!! but the graphics quality looks a little less impressive than i thought they would be.

Jk, but the graphics aren't supposed to be as impressive as you're thinking, they're on a scale of 1-10 from the original fable a (50³x35)²³ Besides, the focused on gameplay and features a little bit more.

While I agree that some of the textures look dated, you have to remember that a lot of the screenshots are from early builds of the game, and none are dated.

Also, I'd rather have gameplay over graphics.

I was underwhelmed by the graphics at first, mostly because of the crappy quality of the videos, but I saw one really quality video and I was amazed. So don't worry about the graphics, they will be awesome.

Honestly I can't complain.  They decided to do a Fable 2 so I can't really be angry at them.

Plus the graphics aren't that bad.  Of course it's no shiny realistic look, but I'd like to know the game i'm playing is just that; a game.

I'm thinking a large part of the visual attraction lies in the way the world has been brought to life.

you make a point, the style of the game looks a bit tim burton could have had a hand in the production. btw danny elfman did the music for the first game who has done the music for most of tim burtons films

graphics in the first Fable's screenshots actually looked much worse than in the real deal. I think it's basically coz they're made from a closer view than how you play. Still, I never expected a Crysis, just a wonderfully coloured and beatifully created game. So, basically a game full of art, not absolut realism.

as long ans it not bad i like it and beside i think that san andreas was funner because of its graphics gta 4 is to much so i think that fable 2 will be ok

That vid is awesome. I love the lighting, especially when you see the side of the mountain w/ the bandit camp.

Remember that everything isn't supposed to look very realistic since it is kinda a fairytail game. things like the lighting will really add to this.

This screenshot should allay any fears of Fable 2 having bad graphics-

Look at how detailed the troll is and how orgainic it looks.

The graphics look fine to me. I'll take better gameplay over better graphics anyday and it looks like thats what they're focusing on.

It'll probably look alot better when you're actually playing the game and everything is moving.

Shun the Nonbeleiver. this game's graphics are amazing, and of course screenshots aren't going to be exactly like the graphics. they're lower quality.
