LOL I F^CKING KNEW IT!!!! thats why i never commented on if it was on purpose or not i just had a feeling that it had to be a purposeful cheat. I like it that i will be in for a surprise but at the same time im a tid bit worried lol what is instore for me

I think they went back and made it SEEM like it was not an accident; I doubt it was actually planned.

I call shenanigans. If they told about a reliable source or something from an interview I'd be able to believe that. All I've heard was that there would be a surprise for the glitchers if they had time to add it.

Whether or not it was intentional, the article confirms that PM said there WILL be consequences in the game.  This means the money will be able to be imported but if you do that there WILL be consequences.

I assume prices will not increase because the article confirms you could buy a pub with it so the consequences must be something to do with ness or corruptness or some reaction the people will have to you.

Well sadly I glitched to the tune of over 16 million gold so I now have to make a character from scratch and unlock all the items again without glitching in case I do not like the consequences.

oh well mistake or not it would be cool to see repercussions in the game from my actions in the pub games... i mean i dont wanna lose all my money id be a little peeved but that would be hot seeing them interact at that level

I just did it so I had enough money to win all the tournys, but I somehow ended up with like 200k. I just want the items really, I was planning on giving away most of the gold I earned with it.

I wonder if the consequences are based on how much money you made off it because I think I accidentally used the glitch once or twice before hearing about it on the internet however I didn't realize what had happened to me.  I don't know if I won any money on those hands but I am sure a lot of other people accidentally hit the wrong button.  I hope the consequences allow a few accidental button pushes.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with you on that. Why bother mentioning a patch and then going, 'Oh wait, nevermind guys. It was so planned.'

Plus, there's gonna have to be limit that determines how much money is too much money for the repercussion in the game. Because I know some people have earned that one million legitly.

And if people are actually worried about being hideous when they get their gold and gear, just start a new character and gift the items to your new character. TA-DA!

I would actually assume so. I have a feeling those items can also be bought/found around Albion so...

well right on then, i was curious about some of the people opinions about it... i have a feeling that some of them are special only to the pub games...

I doubt its real, if it was it would seem like some Post-Spin to me. I think it really is a big stuff-up. They may fix the situation by doing something in game. But it needs to be fixed. If it's just some big prank it'll be really disappointing. And it's really lame, cause its effectively like this:

Lionhead Casino: "Welcome to the Casino... we have faulty slots over here that pay out more money then the odds just by clicking one time extra... just letting you know."
Player: "Ok, are they roped off or getting fixed or something. They seem to be the only ones we can play?"
Lionhead Casino: "No comment, but we aren't stopping anyone from using them. Can't really discuss any specifics for about a month or more though. Feel free to do whatever you want."

If this by any chance is real, then why say anything till now. PM already said that there are consequences in game, so why keep the whole Pub Game glich out? If he realy wanted to test the people and see just how far we would go just to make that 1mill then say something, and not weeks later...

 

Maybe i got the who thing wrong... maybe he dint say nothing so that you do use it... Well i guess ill see... my gole of 50K was reached and i shall soon find out if ill have roten teeth or not...

 

PS: I hurd that the glich will soon be patched, so there is one thing you can do, dont update, just diconect or something when playing the pubgames, that way if the glich was just a joke by the interviewer you wont have to face the consequences...

you could always get away with cheating scott free by creating a character go into co-op  with a friend and if trading is available give all ur gold to ur friend delete that character and make a new one and get the gold back from them.

Ya, i hope that trading will be available, i just dont see it happning... I mean its Fable 2, not World Of Warcraft... And what would Fable 2 gain from having the traid option availabe... You already have the ability to give 100% of the money made to your co-op buddy...

Yes i know that you could give the money to your friend if it did have traiding, or that you could give your friend that weapon, but i still dont see it happning. The games revolved around exploring not traides like EVE... But then again, anything is posible with a game that supports online capabilities.
