    Sounds of the Lionhead Community

I'm interested in hearing any audio-related work you dudes do. I'm willing to bet I'm not the only one lurking here that's aspiring to, at some point, work in a sound position in the game industry. Maybe a few of you already have it even. So, if you don't mind sharing, I'd like to see some phatsauce portfolios/websites/myspace players, etc!

I guess I can start off the thread with my own:
I've been making music as a hobbyist for about 5-6 years now, running FLStudio on a desktop.

I suppose putting up even more links to my work cant hurt... Hmm [^o)]

    Myspace

    Youtube

I started out as a metal-head just wanting to record riffs, but as I explored audio technology in the last 2-3 years, I became fascinated with Synths & sound design. My guitar still creeps in though Wink [;)]

Im currently exploring electronic music with ethnic percussion like Taiko Drums or Djembe, or at least I would if my creaky old G4 mac could run Battery 3 (my percussion sampler) without dropping most of the voices Ogre [:gre:]

My main sequencer is Logic Pro 7, and im about to splash out on Reason 4 (after ive upgraded my latop anyway Stick out tongue [:P] )

I like your rhythms btw, pretty interesting stuff you've got going on there! Smily [:)]

Hahah, you're the only one I've seen here plugging your own stuff so far. I like what I'm hearing though, I especially dig the "Guitar Wail" track.

I've tried expanding outside of my FL kit, picking up Cubase, Reason, Buzz back in the day.. but I'm so lazy and easily discouraged by the new learning curve. Sad [:(]
