A Dog's Tale by DK

    Back in the early days of TMO, there was a member that made a film called 'A Dog's Tale' and signed the name DK. Does anyone remember who this is? If so, do you know how to contact them.

    I have a copy of the film that I downloaded when it was first published on TMO and have also made a Hi-Res version. I am wanting to upload this film so other members of TMU and Vimeo may enjoy it. I found it to be a magnificent piece of art. No voices. No subtitles. A 4:30 minute long film with music that follows the life of a dog and is probably one of the best films I saw put out in the first year of TMO and in the top 10 in TMO's whole run.

    So, if anyone knows who the director was or how to contact them, please let me know so I can get permission to post this classic.

    Or, should I post the film, making sure DK gets full credit for it's production, then, if DK objects, remove the film?

    Any suggestions?

    I'm not sure what to say though,...so I can't really help. Well my two cents is pretty much give him full credit.

     

     I personally haven't seen the film, but I saw the reviews from the archive and it does look very interesting. If you decided not to release it, do you mind if you send it to me by email though? The film does look very interesting...

    After talking to some and using my sense of 'G o o d [Good]', I have released the film.  Ken (kuroken) at TMU is going to place it in the 'TMO Rescued Movies' archive.

    I am not sure if the TMU address will change once Ken archives it but it is available for viewing now.  As I stated in the film description, this is not my film but a film made by DK.  DK gets all the credit.  I am just trying to preserve this film for it's artistic merits.
