I played through the puppet show at fable2.com and got the Lionhead tattoo and hero doll, and when it asked me for account info, I gave it my MSN email and so on, and this happened  - firstly, it said my gamertag was unavailable. I mistakenly thought maybe it required a different gamertag for association with the PC. Yeah, I'm an idiot. Anyway, I then also realised that for some godawful reason, when I first joined XBL, I gave it my gmail address. So I tried to change that, but the Xbox says my password for the gmail account is invalid. It isn't, because I can still sign in at gmail. Long story short, I can't reclaim my reward, I can't change the account associated with my XBL profile, and I can't sign into the one I do have at the XBL website on my PC.

What have I done to deserve this, and how can it be fixed? Thank you.


EDIT: Ignore it all. Maybe. I just read that you can only switch IDs once every 30 days. I only joined XBL less than a week ago. This might be the root of my problem.
