Well, I was playing Fable II early today and was getting ready to get off, so I saved the game, and during the process of saving I accidentally turned my Xbox off. Now when I try to load my save it freezes after about 5 seconds of loading.

I've had this save since the day the game came out and it has literally almost everything done on it.

I've tried saving the game to the HDD and loading off of it and clearing my cache, but I have had no luck. If anyone knows a fix for this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

If this is the wrong forum, or there is already a thread on this, but I briefly looked around and couldn't find anything.

Well I kinda consider you lucky, when I was going through my 12th time playing Fable II, I couldn't load the Spire, but instead of freezing, my whole console would shut off with three red lights, once I installed the game via HDD everything was fixed and was able to continue onwards. As for an answer at this point, I would check your disk for scratches or smudges, I had my disc perfectly clean until about 2 weeks ago, then it had 3 light scratches and 2 smudges. After taking a cloth to it, it's a bit better now.
