You could do what I did, trade the game in for Far Cry 2.  It looks better graphically, is open world, and is far more enjoyable to roleplay as the story isn't as black and white as Fable 2s.

Why would you suggest that the OP replace an action RPG in a fantasy setting with a modern-setting FPS? If I were the OP and followed your advice, I'd be seriously annoyed.

A great game is still great regardless of perspective and setting.

My previous post wasn't really intended to be actual advice to the OP, I assumed the silly smiley would convey that.

What defines a "great game" is highly subjective. I'm sure you can find people who think Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Final Fantasy VII to be total rubbish.
