So, I was really bored yesterday while I was home sick, and I decided to take my character to Oakfield.  I decided to perform random acts of kindness to everyone standing around me.  I gifted out legendary weapons, potions, augments, you name it.

It was a bit hilarious hearing what people had to say.."who is this person?!"  or..."WTF? I have gold!"

Point of the post being this - I will be in Oakfield today, giving out gold, items, etc.  I do NOT have any hero dolls, but I do have legendary weapons and rare items to give out.

Agreed. I gave someone a whole set of hero dolls yesterday, just because I thought their GT was funny.

My favorite, though, is grabbing a bunch of "Hero" dolls (the one of yourself)  from vendors and handing them out at random. It's like giving away an action figure of yourself.

Ahhh yes, the run-by giftings.  Very fun for the soul.  After giving away some stuff try giving away a few:

• Rotten Apples
• Nasty Nuts
• Rusty Weapons
• Flaccid Celery (get it?)
• Condoms (if applicable)

I think the potion will permanently remain in the inventory and usable for any number of "changes".

I followed one guy around Oakfield for literally, a half hour.  Wherever he went..I was right on top of him.  I kept gifting him 1,000's of gold at a time.  I think he was actually getting annoyed.  He started to run..but I caught him. >.>

Aggressive gifting = hilarious.

someone give me 50000 in my first week with the game. In my noobness i didn't know what was going on, and never paid much attention to their GT so never knew who it was.
they got me onto the property ladder with that cash (was gettin bored with choppin wood and making swords), so i thank them for that.

think i'll have a go myself....

When I first found out that there was an achievement for gifting I didn't quite understand it till I figured out the orbs but my first give away was an autograph. lol
since then I give what is needed. if I have it.

I hung out with a friend named L33T one night running around and tag teaming gifts at knothole. I talked him into gifting all his regal purple dye and people just gave him things. I gifted crunchy chiks,  monk robes, and Murgo's book. people were like yay!

I've done that before also but not much. I just like to sit in Market and listen to the people asking for legendary weapons and dolls and how they're buying them for over 2 million gold. I sometimes wanna scream out gold is useless.

Sorry, the one I gave away was the one I got before finishing the quest. Just gave it to some random person, didn't know whether they were on the quest or not.

Thanks for the offer. However, I decided to take the advice of a post a read a while back and just hung out in the tomb until someone showed up to grab it their first time.

Clearly, the guy was either new to the game or never visits any of the Fable 2 forums on the web. He asked me for 1 million gold. I gave him 15 million, and still felt guilty about it, so I gave him some hero dolls as well.
