    Windows 7

Isn't anyone getting hyped up for Windows 7 release? I for one am having a seizure whenever its mentioned. I hope its going to live up to its name and fix all of Vista's crappy problems. I was also wondering how most games are going to run on it. I just bought World in Conflict, and the game says it only runs on XP and Vista, so will Windows 7 come with an auto update of some sort or will the individual manufacturers have one? There is also a special offer at Newegg.com to get Windows 7 for $50.00 with free shipping. If you want 7, you should jump on that. Here is the link:

I can see that you don't have a lot of faith in it.

Most likely it will have some serious problems on release, might wait a little while to get it but if it means I can play games on a 64 bit OS I'll jump it straight away.

PM me if you want an invite to lockerz!

I get news alerts from MS Technet from what I read is they finally listen to the peoples suggestions. Hopefully they fix the memory issue with version 7, from the picture and video it looks like vista now but  improved. I too get not wait to play games on a 64 bit OS!

    Re: Windows 7

I just hope it doesn't eat my precious picture files like Vista did when, my computer was upgraded to Vista. So, I will insist that my hubby not buy it on the first day it comes out.

Yeah, they probably forgot to put in the bugs, but be assured whoever made that mistake got fired by now. Smily [:)]

I'll stick to XP until video games don't support it anymore, and then maybe I'll upgrade.

Microsoft is like a drug dealer that you met on the street, sure it could be real heroin, and it might be the best thing you've ever tried, but are you going to trust a man wearing only a tea cosy? No, you're bloody well not.
I only wrote this because I hate you.
