i don't understand what you mean by anywhere else? it only works in the temple of shadows if thats what your asking?

and no depending on your renown you can have up to ten people at a time.
and having a wife with a kid and sacrificing your wife gives you a lot of points

You don't have to save the ToS, only the ToL. So, OP saved the ToL, not the other way around.

If you have x-box live gold you can join a game of someone with a viable Temple of Shadows and be a witness to the executions is another option.
