Every time I add an ability to my Hero he gets older. Started playing this week and when I add to my strength skill or will my hero gets older. Also when ever I get a new tat if i get a skin glitch that like morphs you with some of the eniviroment, once I even got the world map stuck to my face

If I am not mistaken the way the game was set up was to age you as your skills grew.  So from what you are saying about adding abilities and getting older that is normal. 
About your skin glitch, man that is funny.  I never had that happen to me.

In TLC and the original Fable, aging was caused by skill increase.  If you never trained them or only trained a few and went to Avo, you could finish the entire game at age 20 (1 year in prison and one after defeating human-form JoB).  I only found skin/tattoo issues when I cheated via Hero Save to reduce my age multiple times.  Of course, multiple age reductions were never intended by devs, so some issues are to be expected.

temple of avo makes you young? oh and how do you cheat using hero saves to be young?

Donate enough gold to Avo, and you can get an age reduction, one time. Same applies if you make sufficient sacrifices to Skorm.

The "cheat" is to make sure you max your character out as much as possible before beginning the "Find the Archaeologist" quest. Once you reach this point, go to the Temple of Avo and donate enough gold to get the age reduction. Then, sacrifice enough victims to Skorm to get another age reduction. Hero Save. Repeat until you're as young as you want to be. Just don't do it too often, as you'll corrupt your file if you Hero Save too many times (over 10 or so).

yeah i just got tlc on saturday and im in witchwood doing the archaologist mission i did notice that glitches are very common when playing 360 not serious ones for me just getting stuck for a second and once it froze and i lost every side mission id done because i did like 7 in between two main quests so i lost a few keys and 2 blue mushrooms

i played TLC on computer and the map was constantly on my skin.. at first i thought it was some kinda tattoo or maybe my guy needed a shower(?) but after i brought up the map to see where i needed to go, i realized that was what was on me.. i actually just kept it there.. thought i could show it off to traders and help them get from point A to B.. ya kno.. bein helpful and whatnot..

is  there a wy to get rid of the world map and eviroment from your body because its happened 2 me 2?

When I play TLC on the 360 it looks like the leaves on the trees have tatooed to my body. Usually goes away after awhile or have to go to remove tatoos and it takes them off.
