Anyways not a user fault here either. The DVD you use to install simply can not be read. This is either caused by a broken drive, a broken DVD or maybe only a dirty drive/DVD. While the first two causes would require you to buy a new drive or a new game, the third only requires a cleaning. I hope for you it is only a cleaning issue. ![Up [:up:]](/emoticons/icon14.gif)
You can also try to copy the DVD manually to the harddisk and then install it from there. If you get an error during the manual copy process, you can be sure there is a problem with DVD itself.
