I can't download "FLM Reader Zero" from dcmodding , so can anyone upload "FLM Reader Zero " program in an external link ( Rapidshare , Megaupload ....etc)

And there is another problem , I can't download from dcmodding because my account haven't been approved yet although i have been registered for a loooong time and i tried with another account but haven't been approved also , so any solution for those problems ?
