Well I decided to marry Alex (from the quest), bought a house, set it has our marital home and used the "Come back to my place" expession to start the "sex" interaction....but nothing, when i click on the bed I get a stupid message all the time time stating " I can't sleep there at that moment" ..... and my wife Alex "wants sex".
Any help or suggestions?

Where did you buy the house?  It may be sensing enemies near by.  Try leaving the region, and setting Alex as your quest.

Yup you have enemies nearby just have her follow you and fast travel to a new region and buy a new house (Like Bowerstone)

How far in the story are you? I know that during one of the story Quests I wasn't able to sleep anywhere.

you need to finish the abbot's quests it thinks you still have a quest on it's happened to me before
