Ok I bought a CD of the original Black and White. I installed the game. I then installed patch 1.10. After this, I installed patch 1.20. Next, I installed the 4 bonus creatures. Finally, I installed the village banter and the soccer-field add-ons.
NOW, my problem is that I can't get the soccer field add-on to work. I start a game on a skirmish map. I choose the one with 1 god to play against. I build 8 individual scaffolds, then start to combine them. I get to a 7 scaffold, and try to add one more to form an 8 size scaffold, but the scaffolds will NOT combine! I can use any combination possible, 1+7, 2+6, 3+5, 4+4, never with any success! How can I get this to work! Please help, I would really like to enjoy the soccer field, it sounds fun and entertaining, and it also bothers me that if it is not working it means that something was not installed correctly which means I could be at risk of not benefiting from things fixed from the other patches. Why is this not working?
SOMEONE has to have built this damn soccer field, or made an 8 size scaffold before? Someone?
