I must have somehow opened the door to get king teddy during a battle in the coliseum and not collected the bear.  Now when I try to go back to get the bear, the doors are closed and all candles are burning bright.  I have already collected the bear by shooting the moon and the bear for the 1985 points.  How can I get the 3rd bear..or better yet.. how else can I get the Strawberry Blonde Dye?  This very much feels like a glitch in the game.  Why don't the doors just stay open once you open them?  Thanks for any help you can give me.
