    OGaM for Mac

I downloaded the OGaM mod which seems rather Up [] by the description I read... but I have no clue how to install it on a Mac. I unrared it fine but it gives me a bunch of floating files. I don't know where to put them in...

Any Mac users out there who could shed some light?

    Hello there Dobski.

So far, these forums are dead. I can't really help you that much, other than saying google the problem or try contacting Daxter (the leader of the game).

How did you get your hands on that anyway? Can I see a link? I really need to get that expansion.

    Re: OGaM for Mac

It depends on what Feral did when they ported the game to OS-X. I don't see why they would have changed around any of the game folders, in which case you should probably be able to simply do exactly as per the instructions of where to put the files. If however Feral used certain deep directories, finder may be hiding them from you, in which case you'll have to do all the file moving from the terminal, or use something like showhide to do it in finder, but I'm not responsible for any consequences.

no, the files are fine, I just need the directions for installation (I may have overlooked it somewhere maybe?...)

    Re: OGaM for Mac

That's what I'm saying - it depends which directories Feral used when they ported the game. If they used some of the more sensitive directories then chances are Finder will be hiding them from you, or lists them somewhere you wouldn't expect to find them, so it won't be as simple as it could be to place the OGAM files in the right folders is per the readme that is with OGAM (you did read it right?). Also, I'm assuming that you did search for a BW2 directory to put the files in yes?

    EDIT>>

so for example, the readme here lists all landscape files as going in Data\landscape\BW2, and I see no reason why Feral would have changed the relative structure of the games' directories when they ported it, so all you have to do is find the games' own directory, and from there you should be able to find Data\landcape\BW2

    Re: OGaM for Mac

Yep, I know what you're refering to. The structure did not change. You have to pull it up by right clicking and then it's in "Package Contents"...

I was basically asking where the readme was Big Smile [:D] for the indtructions cause I'm a bad searcher as I just found out...
