It's B&W without CI, patched to 1.20 if that helps any.

Maybe it's something unrelated to the fact that you're healing people? Are you sacrificing kind citizens to fuel your healing frenzy? Or maybe you're forgetting to feed the populace?

Are you generally a god anyway?

It shouldn't make life too hard, there's easier ways of converting, and being is a bit of a *** anyway...
