I downloaded the language pack for the "supposed to be" exclusive content. However when I load fableII it isn't there? Do I need to do anything fro it to work?

I have an Italian version of Fable 2, after i downloaded the language patch it gave me the option inside the menu to pick English. If your game already is English, it could not work, i dont know, as you're trying to make the patch do something its not supposed to.

I downloaded the patch as a canadian user, and used the content on my english language game.

I can confirm that I booted up as normal (not changing any settings after DL the patch), and I had my DLC in the chest at the guild.

I also found the dungeon at the pier in bloodstone.

If you already opened the chest it's not going to be there.  Start a new hero and it should be in the chest at the beginning of the game in the guild hall.

Same problem here. I have the LE version of the game, and I didn't get the code.

I already opened the chest once with my original Hero awhile back to get the "Bag of Gold" from the Chicken Kickin' game, so I deleted him as he couldn't open the chest a second time.

My current hero was able to,but he received the expression book and dye. He's out of the question >.>

I made a new hero, and even he was unable to open the chest.

I am a Canadian, I DL'd the English Patch (in the Memory section of XBOX, it's name is "Fable <japanese symbols>", and yet I received no LE DLC.

I'm pissed at both Microsoft for not emailing me my frigging code that I spent an extra $10 for, and also at LH for still not releasing a patch to allow us to open the chest more than once, although saving in front of the quest, then rebooting the game makes the chest close.

Check to make sure you have the language pack, then load it up from the menu under language.  Pick the one that says English UK or something of the sort.  If it still doesn't work, I'm not sure what's wrong with it.  I've been able to get it just fine, and so are most of the other people.

Yeah I also made a "poser" Canadian account (I'm from the USA) and did all of the above but still failed to get any of the LE content.

 

Sucks.

well after the last patch i (a canadian) found the language option and chose english (UK) and am playing a new game now ill tell if i get the stuff
