Still trying to go platinum (4 years later)

Does anyone have any suggestions on achieving the most profilic star award whilst aiming for best employer? The two seem to conflict for me, even going for the most profilic star as a singular award is challenging, what is the best ranking star to pick, should they be newly hired, or a star that has been in your studio for a year or 2?

Also what is the best combination for teams 1 and 2 after the 1940 awards when a greater cast is required, is having 6 stars, 2 directors and 4 actors/actresses, too much? I usually have 2 or 3 extras.

Up to 1955 at the moment bagged most awards except for most profilic star and best employer.

I've also noticed that most custom content sites (for sets and costumes) are now non-existent, is there like a back door site that has previous downloads stored?

    Thankyou.

Sets and costumes are available elsewhere.

The main tips are, release only a very few movies in the first 10 years, and that way you'll have a big bank of movies to release to make 1 actor a prolific star.

Other things include giving people a bigger entourage just before the awards, making sure their trailers are totally rennovated, making sure there are lots of ornaments in their trailer area, give them a pay raise, and release a movie of theirs a month or 2 before the awards ceremony to make them happy and win best employer.

And yes, having 4 actors, 2 directors is usually best, directors can star in movies as well if you get really stuck
