Honestly, the noms for Patel and Pinto are a bit ridiculous. Where's Jenkins? Where's Davis? 11 Slumdog noms? Directing nom for Clint? Where's Nolan or Van Sant? What the hell?

Speaking of Globes, it seems clear enough that Slumdog is this year's 06's Babel and 05's Crash. Overrated. Oh well. It seems as though the Best Pic noms will be Benjamin, Frost/Nixon, Slumdog, Milk, and Dark Knight. Dull year overall.

Well, I'll be seeing The Curious Case of Benjamin Button tomorrow on Christmas Day and then The Reader and Dobt in the following days. Too bad Revolutionary Road and Frost/Nixon aren't playing here yet.

Well come on, it's a bit obvious Righteous Kill will suck, isn't it? Anyway, saw Transsiberian today. Great film, great directing and suspense. 8.5/10.
