Transparent overlays make use of an 'alpha' channel, as well as the option to delete the background, you could try that. When you have the selection you want to define ready, choose 'create alpha' or whatever it is in GIMP, then go to the save menu. As you have noticed, only certain file formats can save alpha info, jpg is not one of them. Save them

Wow, nice stuff! There's a few threads around... I'm a Bryce user myself, it's so simply laid out. But it's impossible to get the funcionality of Max in it.

Congrats on your record #'s, Ozman69. Many thanks for taking the time & effort to help The Movies community.
With those kind of numbers, I wonder how many people use The Movies in the world...?

This movie was uploaded successfully - i just took it down to setup the thumbnail.
Now the server returns an error message that it 'seems to be an invalid movie file'' . Whats up?

I uploaded a movie, but the thunbnail wasn't there, so I removed it, set the thumbnail from inside Movie Player, went back to my uploader in The Movies, but now it 'uploads' really fast, but afterwards returns with an error message, saying the server doesn't recognize it.
Hope you can help.
