  • Re: my solution to armor

I actually want a machine gun augment in the game that allows semi-automatic fire on guns with no reloading needed. It'd fit with my smooth criminal style heroes.

  • Re: Refining The Magic System (Suggested Additional Features)

Feel free to add to the idea. The game needs more non-damaging spells for starters. As an example, the fast travel system could be turned into a spell with each level allowing you to travel further.

  • Re: Wear and tear. Or wear 'till tear?

Well Ben, I love mounts in RPGs and am still annoyed that my dwarven noble can't ride the dog in Dragon Age: Origins, but mounts wouldn't work for Fable. Mounts increase the speed you can get across the landscape which wouldn't work in Fable for a few reasons.1) The regions are small enough that mounts would mean longer loading times than time ...

Anyone else seeing this debate ending in some designer creating a single suit of armour so that you can't be damaged at all in it, and so heavy that you can't move in it?

I don't know about that. People are different and you'll be trying to recruit different sorts to your cause (assuming it is your cause and you're not just a pawn). Having a bonus to rebellion is a bit one sided, when you could have different people being more likely to be impressed by different clothing.Your original idea was better than my version

  • Re: Fable 3 Story Clue?

The ground shook and the past erupted into the present when I pulled money (treasures from the Guild if you think about where it's located), previously dead slaves and my deceased family out of the Spire by wishing.I've just remembered I took that as a hint that Bowerstone was built on an active volcano when I first read that bit.

How about the same outfits but with different levels of wear and tear. A one star noble gents coat may have obviously been put over a muddy puddle so a lady doesn't get her feet wet and then used to line the cat's basket for a few months (providing fewer bonuses or perhaps some negative bonuses) while a 3 star is standard and above 3 stars isn't ...

  • Re: Multiplayer - Race For The Crown

And that's the difference between experienced game developers/dream crushers and experienced game players. One of us knows exactly how many hours work something like this would take compared to the pay-off players would get, and the other just wants more cool stuff in the game and doesn't care that all the ideas would mean five discs running ...

  • Re: Balverines in Fable III

I'm hoping for more new enemy types rather than new skins for current ones in the new countries, although I can see them being mostly men there. I'd love to see the introduction of some older enemy types again in F3 as well. The fey were great fun to fight.
