If I had to guess, I'd say that the frame rate you've chosen is causing the problem.  All of the existing profiles use 30 fps.  You can always use an external editor to reduce it down to 24.Maybe make a little test movie, one scene long.  Test your existing profile with it.  Then test it with the same resolution / quality at 30 ...
