Problem is Abertay is renowned for its superb games courses, while Lincoln has had very poor rep from some students and its placed 110 of 120 in the league table. While Abertay seems very grey and dull Lincoln seems very beautiful. Do employers take any notice of the league tables and do they generally have an idea of the reputation abertay has?

Iv'e been sweating over which uni to go to for quite some time and Abertay has been my number 1 choice. The course is exactly what i want and it has the prestige and image so i know i'll be getting the best teaching. However after visiting the uni i just didnt feel at home and it seems very dull and grey (no offence to anyone who lives there). ...

Hi, im a A level student desperate to get into the industry. ive applied for Uni (hopinG Abertay in the Game Production management course) but im unsure as to whether i should defer it for a year and do some QA experience for instance.
