I think  I read somewhere that your player  will be 50 years again but I think they have change the ageing system a  lot..

Well I can remeber someone from Lionhead saying that if you stayed at a graveyard all the time you would unlock the title{What people call you} of Necromancer or however it is spelled. I would guess that if they are calling you it than you would have to look like it...

I really dont think that the town Custumization will be that deep. This is how I think it will work.If you buy most of the buildings in a town then you would probably have to rent some of them out. Thats how you could become mayor of a city. Then either as time goes on and the technology becomes better the building in the town will ...
