I think the dog wasn't very well done it was pretty repetitive in it's reactions to the environment. I never did feel the connection you were supposed to do. This game did seem pretty solid, I'm a fan of just about anything with Dinosaurs in it though. I liked the one preview I had read a long time ago when it was still in development that you could use the environment to trap and kill creatures. The videos were also very impressive.
