Wow... al lot of comment but more about making money than the question I asked, although it is important to get a lot of money if you want to own everything in Albion.

After listening to an interview with PM he announced an achievement which you'll only get when you bought everything, while thinking it through i thought of the possibility to ruin upcoming villages.... if you destroy a settlement it doesn't turn into a town/village/city later on, so you don't have to buy everything there...
