I totally agree. I actually thought it would add resonance to the hero's story if he were to marry a girl from his past. They were perfect for each other. What's also nice is she has a slightly different accent unlike the rest of the ladies in the game. It's a shame though.

If you're talking about the Holy Warrior helm, it can be found in the Lost Bay region. It's off the path, just after you've walked the stairs by the house, there should be an off-path to the left - It's in a chest.

I've actually found alot of them in the Northen Wastes region, between the Lost Bay and Arcon's Circle. There's always minions here, at least in my games - And they are there after the game too - I know, because I was always trying to find The Succubus Queen, but never did.
