and sometimes neutral. I don't really care about any of the NPC's (Villagers, Bandits) so i'm kinda neutral in that way too

I've never tried it before, but sharpening augementations make your weapons stronger, and like Rebalious said just keep rollin' (or run if you prefer). Make sure your potion stock is high so you don't worry about your health too. And i think you can easily wipe thoses guys out by doing it. Happy killing!
