This is essential, I'm sure that Bowerstone Old Town wasn't disease free, oh wait, YES IT WAS! And that is unrealistic. I want my hero to be able to come down with a cold of some sort, or get the flu, and I want to see bandits coughing, cause god knows they aren't very clean. THIS GAME NEEDS DISEASE!
