So uh idk if its been released or if i've just missed out on the info but in the first game you leveled up from the little green portal thing so with the heroes guild gone how the junk do you level up

Anyone have any idea as to how many NPC's/citizens(characters are in the game. I wanted to see how it stood up to other games in that department i think oblivion had a little over 1,000.
