I can't complete ''The Rescue'' quest because of this. I also gave my wife a second ring.

My wife is missing too. When I try to set The Rescue, it fast-travels me to the Bowerstone Market, where our marital home is, but there are no ''breadcrumbs'' and she is nowhere to be seen.

I think I may have given my missing wife a second ring too, I was trying to be nice to her. My spouse lived in a nice house just off Bowerstone Market.
