I think the stipulation is the same effect not similar, so if you were to add a Ghoul, Ghoul, Devastation and a Ghoul aug to a weapon you would have a Devastation and 1 ghoul effect. if you were to have Ghoul, Its not luck, Devastation, Triumphs... you would most likely end up with Ghoul, take less damage, deal more damage, find gold and deal more
