I tried that, I bought EVERYTHING in bloodstone, every from every vendor (exept the barber) and it was still a  1 star economy

as I already said... I own pretty much everything. I helped the temple of shadow, not light, so there is barely anything in oakfield.

for the achievement, I need 2,5 million in real estate wealth. Currently I have about 2470000 and there are absolutely no houses left. I am sure I got nearly everything. maybe 1 or 2 houses here and there but thats not gonna make me 30000 cash. the only way I can raise the price is by adding furniture. but bother furniture shops sell only 3star ...
