i am using a registery cleaner called regcure and i scand and fixed it but its still wont let me install it

when i am trieing to install The Movies Stunts And Effects i get a massage that say that the install has ditected the game and its already installed but its not it is just the base game that i have on my computer (i have installed the game in the past on this computer but razed it becuse i needed space now i have a new hard disk )
