Yes, just kill all of them. Even the ones that don't have the gift icon, sometimes they give random gifts. Then when they respawn, kill em all again. Repeat. luck.

Yea I've seen that door, I posted a thread about it a while ago. I don't think there's anything to it, so don't waste your time. Lots of other people saw it and responded to my thread, but a dev never answered about it. It's probably just a door someone accidentally allowed to be opened, instead of permanently closed.

I'm pretty sure that once you beat the game, there are no more sales.
