Posesious:I have a widescreen LCD  HDTV (720p) and the subtitles are still getting cropped off the top of the screen.Easy. Reduce the output resolution of your XBOX360, you can find it in the System Menu, ''Console Settings'', Display.There's various settings, including 720p, 1080i, 1080p... etc. There may even be a 480i setting. Don't anyone dare waste money on a TV repair guy for a Tube TV.Older CRT (tube) TV's cannot handle the higher resolution outputs of newer systems, such as the XBOX360, PS3, etc. No matter what you do, it's impossible to adjust the display to a CRT television.sorry.

Another way to fix the glitch (the way I did it) was to simply buy some furniture, and replace something inside the house.In general, I wish I could make those ''tips'' at the top of the screen just go away. Extremely annoying. I've already turned off ''tutorials'' in the Options menu, but no luck.
