Conditions: Somehow I managed to obtain 6 of 5 gold doing quest as a child. I obtained an extra gold sometime before turning in the warrants so that I had 5 of 5 when turning in the warrents to the police guy then proceeded to start and complete the Monty and Belinda quest resulting on the 6th gold piece.  I believe the extra piece was from ...
