If it's something like new clothes/weapons, probably should be free.  If it's actual new areas, quests, stories, whatever, I'll pay for it.  If it's a mix of the two it can go either way.  Oh well, monday is coming up and we'll see soon what the hubbub is all about.

Got mine as well.  Finally I can wipe the language pack from my HDD.  Extra $10 and 3 weeks to deliver.  Yeesh.
